One chocolate bar equals 84 grams of sugar or 22 teaspoons of sugar
I’m talking to people who are hooked on tasty, delicious, and great smelling chocolate. Yes, we are a country that is hooked on chocolate. You can smell the chocolate from across the room. When you see a candy bar or box of chocolates in a bag, on a table, or in your purse, your mouth salivates. Your mind is fixed on one thing.
Take that chocolate out of the wrapper and smash it on your teeth and on my throat and on my stomach.
Wow! Some people think that chocolate is better than sex. Let’s think about this. When you have sex you are exercising and burning calories, but when you eat chocolate it will give you instant energy, but think about sugar and calories.
Think of your teeth rotting out of your mouth and your outrageous dentist bills. Chocolate is nothing but sugar. Sugar has many names.

The next time you eat a candy bar, think I’m eating 22 teaspoons of sugar. Maybe take a bite or two. The next day you can have a bite or two and continue until the chocolate bar is finished. We can eat sugar in moderation. The problem is that almost all the foods that are consumed today contain some type of sugar. All this sugar continues to add to our system until our health is affected. Thanks for reading my article, feel free to read any of my other articles on numerous topics. Linda E.
