Four Ways To Get More Realtors Into Your Realtor Mentoring Program

Looking to catch the eye of some real estate agents interested in your mentoring or coaching program? There are many ways to do it. I’ll give you some online and offline ideas to get you started.

1. Set up a strong referral program for your current clients that gives them a gift card if a friend signs up for your monthly training program and stays for a minimum of a couple of months. I usually set the amount of the gift card at one month’s membership fee.

2. Submit articles and short stories to the blogs and ezines of people looking for information on your topic. There are many people who are continually looking for good information to provide to their audience and would love to have the content. You get the benefit of exposure to your “audience” and a contact for possibly cross-promoting or joint ventures in the future.

3. Write articles and submit them to article directories. The purpose of this is to drive traffic to your site by directing people to it after they have read your article. You submit the articles to directories so that if someone searches for information on a specific topic that your article covers, it will show up in the results. For this process to be effective, you need to use quality keywords and structure your article correctly, but it can be a great “free” way to drive traffic to your site.

4. Do you have an address list? If you do, specifically if you can narrow it down to a high-quality list of people who have inquired about your services (not a purchased list), then this may be a good option to pursue. I have used direct mail quite often and have had great success. Learning how to create effective direct mail pieces is an art form in itself. I’ll boil it down to a few simple tips to get you started.

has. Don’t bother mailing once to a list. Plan to do a series of mailings 8 is a good number to aim for.

b. Make your mail fun to read, tell a story, have a “star” (even if it’s a cartoon you make up)

Cons If you want to knock out all the bookings of leads and win them over, it will probably take a while, don’t be afraid of the 5-7 page letter.

d. Include testimonials (if it is a situation where it is appropriate)

me. Include bonuses if you can

F. Have a deadline offer and stick to it

gram. Use highlighting, subheadings, different fonts, lettering, and colors to draw attention to key parts of the letter so readers can catch the picture without having to try to read everything.

There you have it, two offline and two online methods of attracting new clients to your Realtor mentor program.
