Betancuria is the next municipality. With the lowest population in Fuerteventura, Betancuria offers attractions such as Aguas Verdes, which is a hotel complex, and Ajuy, a traditional town towards the west coast.

The municipality of La Olivia is located towards the north of Fuerteventura and is the most popular area of ​​this island. The town of Corralejo and El Cotillo, a port city, are the highlights of this municipality. Corralejo, which was once just a fishing village, today has developed to be the main tourist center of the island. When the discussion refers to a Fuerteventura property, only the uninformed would skip Corralejo. Water sports abound here and the main street has numerous shops and restaurants, which inevitably fascinates anyone visiting Fuerteventura. Outstanding towns in this municipality are Pozo Negro, destination of the annual agricultural fair, Giniginamar, Juan Gopal, Las Casitas, Gran Tarajal, Las Playitas, Tarajalejo, Tequital, etc.
