Colon cleansing and what you need to know

For your health, bowel movements are the foundation, if you don’t have at least 1 bowel movement per day, you could be a little closer to disease. Our human bodies haven’t changed much in the last few thousand years… However, our diet has changed tremendously. All the refined sugar, white flour, hormone/antibiotic packed meats that we eat constantly constitute an attack on our precious bodies. Why continually violate our bodies by eating terrible food? The second leading cause of cancer death in the US is colon cancer.

The first thing you should do is begin the transition to a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables with very little cooked or processed food to help keep your digestive system clear of mucoid plaque. Regular and simple elimination will be the rule, in this way the toxins will not accumulate and the food will be fully digested and used. This optimal nutrition allows for rejuvenation and maximum vitality. Of course it was a process of years or decades to get the body filled with so much plaque and toxins, so it will be a process, albeit a faster one, to detoxify and get your body back to its best health.
