Monkeys – Go ahead and jump

I haven’t been writing for a long time, but give me enough time and you’ll soon realize that I have a slight obsession with monkeys and monkeys, I love them! They are great for going out, for work, for the beach and super comfortable! I’d live with monkeys if I could, I was so grateful when they reappeared in stores a couple of years ago and I’m glad they’re clearly here to stay. They say that if you can remember the fashion the first time, you shouldn’t wear it when it comes back, but in this case I disagree! Because they have been completely reinvented and come in so many different styles that you can wear jumpsuits no matter your size, shape or age. It’s just a matter of finding the right one for you!

Several designers featured jumpsuits or playsuits in their spring/summer 2010 collections, including Cavalli, D&G, Givenchy and Julian Macdonald. Many high street stores have started carrying them for this season, but it’s still early days, so you’d better search the internet for the best selection. If you prefer to shop at the store, my current favorite is this cute playsuit from Accessorize which is perfect to wear over a bikini on the beach, with a cardigan for the British summer, or dressed up with heels and fun accessories for a holiday. nights out I’m teaming mine with these funky leather sandals from New Look, a Christmas bargain for just £12.00!
